Pastor Gary & Peggy Bailey
Pastor Gary and Peggy Bailey have faithfully served in ministry for over 17yrs together. They are passionate about building the kingdom of God. Their passion is to build a church that is diverse racially, socially and economically.
|

Pastor Gary and Peggy brings a vast amount of ministry experience including but not limited to: Praise and Worship, Evangelism outreach directors, Christian education, Drama ministry, Sunday school teachers, Assistant youth leaders and children's ministry. In the early years of serving the Lord, they were ordained as deacons while continually being trained and equipped for a greater leadership role in the church. Pastor Gary and Peggy are the senior leaders and founders of FCF. FCF is a new ministry that is designed to equip and encourage believers in their daily walk with God. 1st lady Peggy serves as the director of the children's ministry and administrative assistant. Pastor Gary and Peggy have married for 18 years. They have four children (Christian 17, Elise 15, Jeremiah 8 and Destiny 6)

Larry & Daiva Hubbard
Larry and Daiva Hubbard as a couple bring to the leadership team of Foundation Christian Fellowship a broad scope of experience, talents and skills. Both of them hold Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration.
|
|
|
|
Daiva is also currently working on her Master’s of Divinity degree at Liberty University.
Larry is a contract specialist by occupation. He has a passion for evangelism and reaching out to people with the gospel and simple acts of kindness in response to their practical needs. In the past, he has served as a deacon in training, an usher, a part of church security team, tutoring ministry and ministry to the homeless. Currently, he oversees the ushering ministry.
Daiva is a stay-at-home mom, a full-time student and a home business owner. She is a gifted Bible teacher with love for the Word of God and passion for imparting it into other believers. In the past, she has served as an administrative assistant, home group leader, new members’ coordinator and Bible teacher. Currently, she oversees the media department.
Daiva & Larry have been married for over six years and have one daughter, Abigail.

Small groups |

Our small group ministry is a very important component to spiritual growth and encouragement. FCF small group ministry places a strong emphasis on building strong families. Participants are able to interact with one another in a small group setting. The studies includes marriage enrichment,financial stewardship,raising Godly children and many other life relevant and important topics. All members are encouraged to get connected by joining one of our small groups.

Serving our community
We at FCF are grateful for the community that God has placed us. We believe that a strong church supports and ministers to its community. Jesus said that we are to go and make disciples. A primary way that we do this at FCF is sharing the love of God and meeting the needs in our community.

Prayer |

At FCF, we rely heavily on the power of prayer. This is the bedrock of all that we do. Jesus said "My house shall be called a house of prayer". Currently we have corporate prayer every 2nd and 4th Wednesdays from 7:00pm-8:00pm. All are welcomed!

Men's Ministry |

|
 |
This ministry is designed to minister to the needs of men. The men meet on a regular basis to pray and support one another. Through Bible study, prayer and fellowship, men will gain the support needed to aid them in becoming strong men of faith. For more information, contact the church office at 540-288-2009.

Women's Ministry |

Although our youth department is still under developement, at FCF our youth are involved in every part of ministry. At FCF, we encourage and inspire our youth to lay hold of their destiny and purpose without compromise. We are committed to helping them discover their purpose and calling in God.
